Flashpoint Finds New Directors
written by Brian Flinchbaugh
Flashpoint, the Flash solo film currently in development at Warner Brothers, has found its new directors.
John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein are in talks to helm the film. The duo is best known for their comedy work, having writtenHorrible Bosses and directing the upcoming Game Night.
They were also significant contributors in writing the screenplay for Spider-Man: Homecoming, another comedic superhero film that should likely to be similar in tone to Flashpoint.
Flashpoint has so far had difficulty holding on to its attached directors. Seth Grahame-Smith and Rick Famuyiwa each left the project in 2016 after they had been tapped to direct.
Hopefully the new tandem is able to stick around and finally provide some stability to the much-anticipated movie.
